Hunger can be eliminated in our lifetimes. Ideally it is always better for a society to be self sustaining but the fact is that it cannot happen overnight.

Most of the people suffer some form of disability during their lifetime but here we are talking about those people who are suffering permanent disability and are physically challenged.

There are the variety of reasons behind this. India still spends only around 2.5% of its national GDP on healthcare which is substantially less than developed countries like US which spends around 18% of its GDP on healthcare.
